A Testimony
PRAISE THE LORD
Hebrews 13:15, By Him therefore let us
offer the Sacrifice of Praise to God continually, that is, the fruit
of our lips giving thanks to His Name.
Thank you Jesus for coming down to this
world some two thousand years ago and living a perfect and a Holy
life.
Thank you Jesus for creating
Righteousness in the flesh, and for always walking Lawfully before
your Father in Heaven.
Thank you Jesus for allowing them to
take you from Gethsemane, then allowing them to scourge you for our
healings.
Thank you for allowing them to drive
those cruel spikes through your hands and feet and for shedding your
blood to pay my sin debt.
Thank you Jesus for paying for my
justification and for my sanctification, with your own blood.
Thank you Jesus for paying the price
for me to have righteousness, with your own blood. Righteousness for
Righteousness.
Thank you Jesus for taking my death in
order that I may have your life.
Thank you Jesus for removing the Curse
of the Law from me by taking it upon Yourself. (Gal. 3:13)
Thank you Jesus for walking perfectly
within the Law while you were on this Earth, never sinning, never
missing the will of Your Father in Heaven. And thank You for
applying that perfect victory to me, a victory which I could not
attain, while yourself went to the Cross in order take the penalty
of broken law for me, which you did not break, but I did.
Thank you Jesus for the Law of the
Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus, that made me free from the Law of
Sin and death and whereby you have given unto me Liberty,
Righteousness, and Life.
Thank you Jesus for Baptizing me in the
Holy Spirit, and thank you Holy Spirit for Baptizing me into the
Body of Christ (1 Cor. 12:13): immersing me into His Crucifixion and
death, immersing me into His burial, and raising me with Him in
newness of His life. Thank you for immersing me into His
Righteousness, for immersing me into His Victory over the Law, for
immersing me into His Just Position with the Father, and for
immersing me into His Love. Thank you Lord for accomplishing this
work, for I could not.
But I through the Law am dead to the
Law. I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I but
thou Christ Liveth in me. And the life that I now live in the flesh
I live by the Faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself
for me. I do not frustrate the Grace of God, for if Righteousness
comes by the Law then Christ is dead in vain.
I do not make to none effect the
goodness of God toward me for if being right with God comes by my
works then Christ’s works were in vain.
I do not hinder the unmerited favor of
God for if right-ness with God comes from anything which I can do or
anything which I can accomplish, then what Christ did and what
Christ accomplished was of no value. But All Praise be to God and
His Christ forever; for what Christ done and what He accomplished at
Calvary was of immeasurable, immutable, invariable, incalculable,
indispensable, Perfect, Holy, Wondrous, soul saving, live changing
Value, and Eternal Value.
I thank you Jesus for being the Lamb of
God and taking away the sin of the World, and I thank you for
accomplishing redemption for me with your own blood and for bearing
my own sins in your own body on the tree, for I was born in sin. I
lived in sin, walked in sin, swam in sin, and was drowning in sin.
Everything I did was ultimately done, it seems, in order for me to
perform some type of sin. Unrighteousness was all I knew and with
complete moral incompetence I could not see any way to do good at
all.
Even now Lord I have no strength within
this flesh and I need thee every hour. Thank you Jesus for living in
me and with me and through me, for without your help continually, I
could only fail.
Dear Lord I still recall being totally
lost, and unable to find you, though I thought I was trying as hard
as I could. Thank you Jesus that when I could try no more, when I
was at the end of my rope, when I finally had given up; You came to
me, and had mercy on me and gave me Grace and The Faith which I so
much needed, and so little deserved.
Dear Father in Heaven, I thank you for
each breath I take.
Thank you Father for giving me lungs to
breath this wonderful fresh air which I find all around me.
Thank you Dear Father for giving me
life and breath and for strength and health.
Thank you Lord for the feet which you
have given me to walk with, and thank you for the ground which I
have to walk upon.
Thank you Father for supplying me with
food all the days of my life; from the first day I entered this
world till this very day, you have supplied me with more than enough
food and more than enough drink.
Thank you father for supplying me with
a beautiful home. Warmth in the winter and coolness in the heat of
the summer.
Thank you Dear Father for the running
water which comes from any faucet which I chose to turn on in my
house, and which I have taken for granted most of my life.
Thank you Dear Father for the beautiful
sky above which changes somewhat most every day.
Thank you Lord for the mountains and
rivers which you designed for the earth.
Thank you Father for allowing me to see
the beauty of the work of your hands every day, wherever I am and
wherever I go. Thank you Lord for giving me eyes which allow me the
capacity to see all the works of your hand upon this earth.
Thank you Dear Father for the ears
which you have given me, and thank you for so many different
wonderful sounds which there are to hear upon this Earth.
Thank you Lord for more than enough of
everything which I could ever need.
Glory to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and
Jacob.
Glory to the God who commanded the
light to shine out of darkness.
Glory to God for creating every atom of
this wonderful air which we have to breath.
Glory to God for creating every atom of
every element on this earth.
Glory to God for creating every atom of
the moon and the sun.
Glory to God for creating every atom of
every planet and every star in this universe and of any other
universes if there are more.
Glory to God who knows the exact number
of atoms which it took to make up each planet and star throughout
the universe.
Dear Father in Heaven, I know that you
have created all of these many atoms with ease, but I could not even
create the very simplest one, even if I had thousands of years to
work on the project. And likewise dear Lord, I neither could get rid
of even one sin on my own. Even if I had many life times to try to
do it. I simply have no capacity or ability, to do such.
Glory to God who has created all life
wherever it may be found.
Glory to God who has created each
living cell of every piece of life upon this earth. When I
understand just a little of the workings of the cells which make up
life, I am amazed and awed to realize dear Lord how that you put
each one together so that they would know how to replicate and
repair. Glory to God for there are perhaps billions of different
cell in the world, all knowing what they are to do according to the
working which God has ordained for each of them.
Glory to God for this miracle of life;
which Dear Father I could not have ever done at all. Even if I had
many thousands of years to work on it, Lord I know that I could not
create even one cell. And likewise, if I had many thousands of years
I could neither create even the tiniest bit of righteousness,
outside of Christ. I know dear Father that I have not the ability or
capacity, or capability, or understanding to do such.
And Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that
you would put your words in my mouth, and help me and cause that all
that I think, do, and say this day would be pleasing in thy sight.
I commit myself afresh into your hands
this day for safe keeping and direction, for I know whom I have
believed and I am persuaded that you are able to keep that which I
have committed unto you against that day.
Thank you Lord for having mercy on me,
for with out your mercy and grace I would be forever lost.
In Christ

A MINISTER'S PRAYER
LISTEN TO MY PRAYER O LORD - HEAR MY HUMBLE PLEA
MY HEART AND MIND ARE WEARY FROM PEOPLE NEEDING ME
I KNOW YOU WANT ME TO BE SUNSHINE IN THE RAIN
BUT JUST WHO CAN I TALK TO WHEN MY HEART IS FILLED WITH
PAIN
PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG O LORD - I LONG TO DO YOUR WILL
BUT THERE ARE TIMES I JUST NEED TO LISTEN AND BE STILL
SOMETIMES I NEED TO GO AWAY WHERE NO ONE IS AROUND
A PLACE WHERE ONLY YOU CAN SPEAK LIKE TO MOSES ON HOLY
GROUND
THEN AFTER YOU HAVE SPOKEN AND I'M FEELING TEN FEET TALL
PLEASE GIVE ME STRENGTH TO MINISTER - FOR I KNOW THIS IS
MY CALL
